We currently ship only within the U.K, via Royal Mail Tracked and FEDEX. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING PRICES?
T-Shirts, Cushions, Shower curtains, Journals, ship at £5.99 - tracked service.
Larger items such as wallpaper, footstools and suitcases ship at £8.95 - tracked service
Huge items, such as chairs and beanbags ship at £16.50 - tracked service.
We aim for next working day (which does not include weekends and can take slightly longer during holiday periods.
If you are in the U.K., your item should be with you in no more than 1 week from the date of purchase.

HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ITEM BE DESPATCHED?
The usual time to make and despatch most of our designs is 1-3 days. For larger items, such as chairs or foot stools, despatch time can be slightly longer. Please see the listing page for information regarding particular items.
HOW SUSTAINABLE IS HOTCHI-WITCHI?
We only start making your item(s) once you have placed your order. We hold no stock, nor do we produce products beyond need. This means that nothing needs to be burned to keep our brand value.
We keep our shipping costs and carbon emissions low as everything is made in one facility in the UK. Your product is made under one roof and sent directly to you from London.
We are committed to reducing landfill through responsible end-to-end production and increase consciousness of sustainability & eco-friendliness of our customers.
We use very little water in our manufacturing process, and work with the water board to ensure ink waste is disposed of properly so nothing leaks into the environment.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once you place your order, our printer immediately proceeds to make it and as it is a bespoke product, we cannot cancel the transaction. Please check your size against the chart on each listing to make sure you order correctly. We cannot offer refunds for bespoke printed products.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS FAULTY OR DAMAGED?
